- Candle Safety: For your peace of mind and optimal enjoyment, always refer to the warning label located on the bottom of your TIMOTHY C BUCKLEY candle for essential safety instructions.
- Custom Orders: Delight in a personalized creation from our atelier! Please note that due to the bespoke nature, custom orders require a 50% upfront deposit and are non-cancelable once production begins.

Welcome to TIMOTHY C BUCKLEY. This document outlines the terms and conditions for using our website and purchasing our artisanal candles. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
These Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms") govern your access to and use of the TIMOTHY C BUCKLEY website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Our website is intended for the purchase of artisanal candles and home fragrance products. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Reproduction, duplication, copy, sale, resale or exploitation of any portion of the service without express written permission by us is strictly prohibited.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Custom scent and design orders require a dedicated consultation and a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin production. Due to the bespoke nature, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced. We strive for excellence and will ensure clear communication throughout the creation process.
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for products lost or damaged during transit. However, please contact us if you experience any issues, and we will do our best to assist. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging. Please initiate a return by contacting us at mentlhawk11_2004@hotmail.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. As noted in Section 4, custom orders are non-refundable.
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, are the property of TIMOTHY C BUCKLEY and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
TIMOTHY C BUCKLEY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Wheelersburg, Ohio.
